Another Flying car is here. First, we read about Terrafugia Transition, now we have the Aeromobil 2.5. Apparently, the Aeromobil 2.5 looks appealing than Terrafugia Transition. Aeromobil 2.5 has been under development for over 20years. Stefan Klein, co-founder and head designer made its first test flight with the prototype, 2.5, and he's working on the production version, Aeroomobil 3.0.
The flying car weighs approx 992 pounds using a steel chassis and carbon fibre. Power comes from a rear-mounted propeller and a Rotax 912 engine. When Aeromobil is moving on the road, its wings are hidden behind the cabin. When it's time to fly, its wings unfold to about 27-ft. While in the air, top speed is limited to 124 mph and 100 mph on the ground. The production model, 3.0 is still been worked on and will hit the road soon.
amazing discovery. just wondering when the usage of this could happen in Nigeria.
